As a result of the completed project entitled “Implementation of the results of in-house and commissioned R&D works in order to introduce a new product in the form of a universal modular trolley for transporting tool cassettes and modification of the paint coating application process at FML Sp. z o.o.”, our company can proudly offer an excellent modular trolley. The trolley stands out due to its wide range of configuration options. The modularity and ergonomics of our trolley allow for perfect adaptation to the individual preferences of the customer. The trolley is designed for transporting tool cassettes used in plastic welding machines. A unique and globally innovative feature of this product is its modularity, i.e. the ability to add or modify components depending on the type of machine to which a given cassette is to be transported.
We offer an easy-to-use trolley suitable for all applications, from small workshops to full production lines. With configurable modular components, it is possible to create any trolley that best supports the efficiency of your business. Properly arranged and positioned trolleys ensure the safety of employees as well as the protection of all essential elements used during production. Modular trolleys provide superior mobility and significantly facilitate work in any production hall or warehouse.
Our innovative modular trolley has been designed to meet the most demanding requirements and to fully protect tools and sensitive components from damage during transport and tool installation in the machine. The modern character of our new product results directly from research carried out both by our company and by external institutions. First, the very concept of the trolley’s universality and modularity is the outcome of research conducted by our team, which designed the shared elements and verified their correctness during the prototyping stage.
The commissioned studies, aimed at optimising the structure of the new trolley, directly contribute to its increased durability compared to alternative solutions available on the market.
Additionally, the quality and aesthetic parameters of the trolley components (gloss, texture, smooth edges, absence of pitting) are a direct result of research conducted by the Rzeszów University of Technology.
Furthermore, we have developed a new surface preparation process for painting. The research led to the design of a technological line with a unique — not found among competitors — arrangement of optimally selected equipment. Thanks to this, we can now offer our customers coating of any components requiring wet-painting technology.
We are equipped with high-quality painting equipment:
- high-pressure hydrodynamic units
- wet-paint electrostatic application systems
Our hydrodynamic painting service, also known as high-pressure painting, relies on the fact that the coating material does not come into contact with compressed air. Atomisation occurs as a result of the very rapid flow of the coating material through a specialised spray nozzle.
This method makes it possible to achieve high material efficiency by applying coatings with very high working viscosity.
By using electrostatic technology in wet painting, we are able to coat very small components in a highly economical manner, without losing paint through airborne overspray.
Such methods are ideal for coating small components as well as profiles, tubes, and similar structures, where traditional wet-painting methods can lead to up to 80% paint loss.
All components are painted in a dust-proof booth, where we can accelerate the drying process significantly by heating the air.
