We offer shot blasting services. This is a specialised surface preparation process based on abrasive blasting. It prepares the surface for further processing, increasing its adhesion and durability.
We offer both chamber and through-feed shot blasting.
The chamber blasting machine allows for blasting parts with a height of 1500 mm and a width of 1000 mm. Its versatility enables blasting of single parts as well as larger batches of material placed on a specialised hanger. The Y-type track allows unloading and loading of batches while the second hanger is being processed.
The through-feed shot blasting machine with roller conveyor is designed for blasting sheets, profiles, and steel structure components.
