Fabryka Maszyn Lubaczów Sp. z o.o., located at 37-600 Lubaczów, ul. Mazury 1, announces an open tender for the thermal modernisation of the production hall building, carried out in stages:
- Stage I – thermal modernisation of all roofs
- Stage II – thermal modernisation of gable walls
- Stage III – thermal modernisation of the remaining walls
he scope of works described in the bill of quantities is only supplementary information; the binding documentation is the design entitled “Reconstruction of Production Hall No. 1 – Design Modifications” dated 01.07.2022 along with the design description.

The contracting party intends to complete Stage I and Stage II in 2022, while Stage III should be completed no later than spring 2023.
The offer for each stage should include:
- net price,
- method of financing the investment,
- list of substitute materials along with safety data sheets for these materials,
- completion deadline for Stages I and II,
- completion deadline for Stage III, taking into account the previously provided implementation periods.
Execution of the investment must not negatively affect the production process carried out at FM Lubaczów Sp. z o.o.
The contracting party reserves the right to cancel the tender without giving reasons. This tender is organised based on the internal procedures of FM Lubaczów Sp. z o.o., and the provisions of public procurement law do not apply.
