Pursuant to Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (Official Journal of the EU L 119 of 04.05.2016), we hereby inform you that:

  1. The Controller processes the following personal data:
    first and last names, company name, NIP (tax ID), REGON, bank account number, e-mail addresses, telephone numbers of persons involved in business cooperation. 
  2. Personal data may be obtained from various sources, including: electronic communication (website, e-mail correspondence, enquiry forms), IT systems, contracts, agreements, offers, orders, traditional correspondence, and business meetings. 
  3. The purposes and legal bases for processing your personal data are as follows: 
    • Performance of a sales agreement for products offered by Fabryka Maszyn Lubaczów Sp. z o.o. – Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – processing necessary for the performance of a contract, – for the duration of the contract. 
    • Direct marketing
      – Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest of Fabryka Maszyn Lubaczów Sp. z o.o., – until the contract ends or an objection is raised. 
    • Financial and accounting purposes
      – Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – processing necessary for compliance with legal obligations, including the Accounting Act, – for the period required by applicable tax and accounting regulations. 
    • Establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims
      – Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest of Fabryka Maszyn Lubaczów Sp. z o.o., – until the expiry of limitation periods in accordance with the Civil Code. 
    • Handling complaint procedures
      – Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest of Fabryka Maszyn Lubaczów Sp. z o.o., – for 5 years from the end of the contract.

Your personal data may be accessed by entities supporting the Controller in fulfilling contractual obligations, such as:
IT service providers, legal advisors, postal and courier service providers, banks and payment institutions.

V. Rights of Data Subjects

You have the right to request from the Controller: access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing, the right to object to processing, the right to data portability, the right to withdraw consent at any time (if applicable), the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (the President of the Personal Data Protection Office or its legal successor).

Providing personal data is voluntary; however, failure to provide it may prevent the performance of the contract and the achievement of the purposes indicated in Section III.
